How early can we begin to decorate?
Reception hosts can begin decorating their space up to 3 hours before the event begins. We are available to work with your vendors (florists, bakers, decorators, etc.) ahead of time to ensure their preparations will go off without a hitch when that time comes.
Where do guests park when they come to your building?
We have a parking lot and on-street parking for smaller events, and complement that with valet parking for larger events. See our contact page for more details.
Can we use our own caterer?
The Solar Arts Building has partnered with Chow Girls catering, an exceptional local company, to cater our events. You will find their quality, service, and prices surpass even the highest expectations. They are able to work with guests who have an ethnic or themed celebration in mind.
